2. A verification specialist calls you

   One of our verification specialists will contact you using the number you provided during checkout.

3. You confirm the details on a recording

   The verification generally takes about five minutes to complete. This recording serves as a verbal agreement confirming your purchase, your qualifications, and the details of your vacation package. For your protection, a copy of this recording is always available upon request.

4. Only then is your card charged

   Your credit card will not be charged until the recorded verification has been successfully completed.

5. Your travel documents and ambassador arrive

   Once your verification is complete, your vacation is confirmed, your card is processed, your travel documents are issued, and your Personal Travel Ambassador is assigned to assist you throughout your vacation planning.
